Planting rights: Slovenia is against the liberalisation

Brussels, 10 February 2011. In a letter addressed to the President of the AREV, the Slovenian Minister announced that he joined the camp of Member States against the liberalization of planting rights. Thus, a 14th Member State has taken position against the liberalization of planting rights, which will take place on January 1st 2016. To obtain the qualified majority in the Council, we still need 50 votes.
